We will gladly accept your item/s purchased in their original, clean and unworn condition with all tags attached for store credit. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused and with your original receipt within 14 day of purchase. Please do not remove the hygiene liner with your first try on for sanitary reasons.Yes, you can change the bottom of a bathing suit & full one piece.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

Make Sure to contact us no longer than 48 hours from your package arrival and list your order number. Please let us know why you wish to exchange - we want to get better.
Look out for our confirmation email - it has our address on it! All returns must be received to DIDI DIAN Beachwear within 7 days.
Once we approved your returned item/s, we will send you the items you wish or the correct store credit.credit card refund 5%percent of purchase. Please allow us 2-4 business days to process.
You will be responsible for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your store credit. We advise you to use registered post, DIDI DIAN Beachwear will not be responsible for lost packages. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item worth over $75, you should consider buying shipping insurance.

DIDI DIAN Beachwear reserves the right to refuse service, credit and exchanges to anyone who, in our opinion makes excessive or arbitrary returns and exchanges. Incase of inventory shortages and/ or your item is not available for sale, your order will be refunded.

- If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours from the time your package was delivered, we will happily take responsibility and will arrange a replacement or repair.
